Data we collect
We only collect the data you enter in the quote request form: name, organisation (optional), email, phone number, requested service and project details. To protect the form against spam, we keep an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address that cannot be used to recover the address itself.
Purposes
- Reviewing your request and preparing a quote.
- Contacting you about your request and following up.
We do not use this data for advertising, and we never sell or rent it.
Who can access it
Only the staff responsible for handling requests within the company. A notification of each request is sent to our email address through our email service provider.
Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to process them and follow up with you, then deleted.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools. Technical cookies are only used in our team’s administration area. When you play an embedded YouTube or Vimeo video, the player is loaded from that platform and its own privacy policy applies. Clicking the WhatsApp button takes you to the WhatsApp service.
